Who Am I?

Well, inquisitive reader, let me answer. I am a wife, a mom and I have chronic bad hair. I like made uppy words and Unnecessary Capitalization. If you know who the guy in the bottom right picture is, you're probably my best friend. Also, I own several Edward dolls which I write about HERE. No, I don't use drugs. By the way, if your love canned tomatoes, visit my stash HERE.

Happiness is...

Going through old scrapbooks and your kids loving every second.

This pic is from a page in my youngest daughter's scrapbook.
Addie had a Monkey birthday when she turned two.
And I made a Monkey Head Cake.
That scared the kids when I hacked into it with a giant knife.
Good times...good times.

This post is in conjunction with Leigh vs. Laundry and the Happiness Project.

LOL @ it freaking them out. Guess I wouldn't think of that, either!

Die Monkey! Die! Oh my. If it were a bunch of boys, they would have loved it. Was the cake red? Just wondering.

HAHA! Nothing like a good scare on their birthdays!

I made a monkey head cake for my son's second birthday. Maybe it says something about my family that no one, not even the birthday boy, freaked about about hacking the monkey in to slices.

was it red velvet cake underneath?

Red velvet cake -- that was my 1st thought too. Freaking the kids out is such a bonus, isn't it?!? If you ever need any good freaky cake inspiration, check out www.cakewrecks.com - it's always good for a laugh, if nothing else.
