Who Am I?

Well, inquisitive reader, let me answer. I am a wife, a mom and I have chronic bad hair. I like made uppy words and Unnecessary Capitalization. If you know who the guy in the bottom right picture is, you're probably my best friend. Also, I own several Edward dolls which I write about HERE. No, I don't use drugs. By the way, if your love canned tomatoes, visit my stash HERE.

Hi, my name is Kearsie and I'm an addict...

My addiction? Google.

Yes, Google. Lovely Google. Lovely, informative, easy to use Google.

I cannot live without it.

I use it every.single.day.

What's the capital of Peru? Not a clue. Wait! I'll Google it.
(Lima is the capital of Peru)

What's playing at 7:00 at my local theater? No idea. Wait! I'll Google it.
(Alvin and the Chipmunks, the Squeakel is playing at 7:00)

What's the current rainfall of Dubai? Haven't the foggiest. Wait! I'll Google it.
(Less than .05 mm)

What does EPCOT stand for? Didn't know it stood for something. Wait! I'll Google it.
(Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow)

How do you spell broccolli? Geez I feel dumb. Wait! I'll Google it.
(Broccoli. Yes I looked this up, true story.)

Am I an addict? Possibly. Wait! I'll Google it.
(Only I can answer this question, apparently. At least, that's what Google said.)

So you see, it's just too easy to become an addict to Google. It's fast, it's easy, it's got lots of options. I don't like a link? No problem! I'll just find another. I don't spell something right? No problem! It asks me if what I really meant was dot dot dot. I don't speak English? No problem! It's worldwide. I don't have fingers to type with? Well, everything has its limits.

But since I don't like being an addict of something, I suppose I need help. Maybe the 12 Step Program.

...

What are the 12 Steps? I don't know. Wait! I'll Google it...

Have you ever googled "why"?? The results are hysterical... I just got "why do men have nipples?" and "why is my poop green?"

Priceless.

I, too, am a Google addict but unfortunately, I'm also Google challeneged and rarely use the best search terms when trying to find something. Maybe I should Google "how to use Google."

I heart Google too.

Funny how now it has become a verb.

I will Google it.

I am also addicted to Words with Friends. But you totally kill me every game.

Maybe I should Google some better words.

Dude, for real. I like how Google trys to guess what you're writing and sometimes I get more intrigued about what I should be Googling rather than what I wanted to Google, then I just stare at the Google page trying to remember what I was trying to Google in the first place... Crap I just Googled everywhere.

Um, yea. And there's there the google on the BlackBerry. Talk about needing 12 or more steps...

I can hardly think for myself anymore at all. I just google every damn thing.

Which, who can blame me. The kids have sucked the life out of me.

Found you on SFTC, I read through about 6 of your latest posts and I think you may very well be brilliant. ( or maybe it's all just google!)

I think I love you. Is that being too forward?

*then.

Proof reaading is not my thing either.

Obviously.

I thought everyone Googled all the time.

And, no, that's not a euphemism.

(Are you Googling 'euphemism'?)

I didn't even realize I'm an addict until reading this... but yeah. I google EVERYTHING, even if I already know it, but wonder if maybe I don't know it, and need google to tell me whether I do or not.

And then there's the games... Like typing random stuff in search, like "Marisa is the type of girl who" (although your name probably wouldn't work, since it is very unusual) and see what kind of crazy thing other people named Marisa do.

GOOGLE! LOVE!
